BASIC WARRANTY
Xwell offers a two-year warranty that is 730 days from the date of purchase and covers any mechanical problems the products may have that are not a result of force/impact/user error/accidents.
For the software system, we provide a lifetime warranty.
Customers are asked to please be sure that the products they wish to order are the right ones.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
Xwell provides a two-year warranty that can be extended for $350 per year and must be paid at the time of purchase. The extension of the warranty at additional cost for up to 5 years.
